Guest must be 16 years + to use the Gym, Spa treatments, Sauna and Steam room. Last entry of the facilities is one hour prior to closing time.

Booking Policy Full payment is required to confirm bookings of spa treatments, packages and classes.

Cancellation Policy To ensure we can accommodate all guests we maintain a flexible appointment system. However, no-shows or late cancellations impact the availability of our treatment rooms. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a 100% charge of the service or package price will apply.

Spa Attire & Etiquette Towels are provided, please bring your own suitable footwear for poolside use. Swimwear is compulsory within the pool facilities. To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly request that all mobile devices be silenced or turned off during your visit.

Arrival Check in at the R1SE reception. For spa treatments, your appointment time is when your treatment begins. Please be ready in the Relaxation Lounge 10-15 minutes before to complete consultation forms. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

Medical Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy at the time of booking, as some treatments may not be suitable. Guests undergoing cancer treatment or with a history of cancer must provide written clearance from their healthcare provider before booking specific services. It’s your responsibility to disclose any relevant health information, including injuries, chemotherapy, radiation, surgeries, Botox, filler, or other medical or cosmetic procedures. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or cancellation.
